Eileen Wheeler
Eileen is President of the Western North Carolina
Chapter of RESA and has been staging homes for sale
for 3 years. Eileen spent 20+years in an executive
role, with a primary focus of process improvement
and quality.
The methods for improving a manufacturing process to
produce a premium quality consumer product is not
dissimilar to staging a home for sale. In
manufacturing, you create and train employees in the
best possible work practices. As a result flow
improves. Flow improving means unnecessary steps are
removed and obstacles to processing a quality
product for sale are eliminated. The home staging
analogy, you teach the client the best possible
methods for improving the environment, flow through
the property to increase the visual space
perception, removal of items that are in the way,
that inhibit showing the home for sale as a high
quality asset.
