Your House To Sell” Contest Coming

Local real estate statistics are UP and it’s time for
home sellers to take advantage of the better trends in our
County. As reported on WLOS on May 11, 2010, “Existing
home sales rise for the month of April in Buncombe County,
jumping 68 percent over last year. Real estate brokers credit
the government's housing tax credits for the boost, but worry
over whether the sales improvements will continue after the
stimulus.”
As the Asheville real
estate market begins to show improvement, The Real Estate Home
Staging School is
soon holding a “Learn To
Stage Your House To Sell” Contest for Buncombe County,
North Carolina home sellers.
The Grand
Prize winner will receive a Half Day Workshop, IN THEIR HOME,
to learn home staging concepts and how to
implement home staging, with our assistance. The
Runner-Up Winners (10 of you) will receive free admission to
our Half-Day Home Staging for Home Owners Workshop, to learn
the concepts of home staging and create a Top Priority Plan
for preparing your home to sell now.
Thse interested in
entering the contest will submit their contact information
when the contest opening date is announced. Check back
on this web site for that announcement. Eleven names
will be drawn and winners notified
immediately.
