The Real Estate Home Staging School ^TMwas founded in a desire to reach individuals interested in home staging and merchandising classes and/or building a home staging and merchandising business. Our goal is to provide our students with the most comprehensive Home Staging Business Training Classes and Services available today. Class Structure and Logistics - Two Options From Which To Choose

Home Study or Staged Property Classroom

The Home Study Class structure is a combination of home study and hands-on Home Staging workshop. (Note: The Business Training Only does not include a hands-on Phase). Home Study is available on Compact Disk or in Printed Format. The 2 Day Hands On Workshop is available live in Asheville, NC or coming soon on DVD.

Participants are each assigned a personal Mentor. Your Mentor works with you in assessing your progress throughout the home study phase of the home staging training. The training course is designed to layer your learning and for maximum benefit you must sequence the training as written. Each phase of the training has assignments you complete and review with your Mentor. Multiple work assignments are required.

This is NOT an "Attend and Pass" Training program. You will work hard, complete assignments and advance at your own pace. At the conclusion of the extensive home study portion of the Complete Home Staging Business Training Program and The Complete Home Staging Program, your Mentor will work with you two days in a hands-on environment. You will stage rooms to master the core competencies of the home staging process. We will then take you through a series of exercises designed to develop your interpersonal skills and build better client relationships. Happy clients are the best marketing tool!

The Complete Home Staging Training Program - This program is for the individual that seeks to enhance the talent they possess by adding professional staging skills and knowledge of home staging benefits, principles and merchandising methods.

The Complete Business Owner Knowledge Program - This program is for the soon-to-be business owner or the current business owner that wants/needs a well-rounded business knowledge base. Topics include finances and taxes, marketing, advertising, social networking and efficient office systems.

The 2 Day Hands-On Workshop - This program is for the student that wants in crash course in technique and does not want to have either printed or compact disk training materials and Mentor. The Core Skills will be intensely covered.
